Have you ever googled “WORK FROM HOME”?

March 21, 2016 by Simon Haggard Leave a Comment

Have you ever googled “WORK FROM HOME”?

I have…in the past, looking for an opportunity to earn more money and create a better lifestyle where I am not a JOB Slave , working in someone else’s Business.

Many Peoples day job is something that they do, because they have to and it is not  FINANCIALLY rewarding

I had a day job, however was seeking more income, let’s just say it is not as FINANCIALLY rewarding as I desired. Eight years within a changing industry and market I was looking to get out of my comfort zone. I just had to pause and ask myself, what am I prepared to do, what am I prepared to give up or go without?

Then one day I was attracted to this whole concept from a website of similar to this of Rachel. At first, I had considered a franchise or traditional business, however Rachel advised it would take a long time to create the results I desired through that solution. Rachel recommended becoming a Home Based business owner and online marketer, because it offers you a greater market, something that is important for us to build a sustainable online business, and as long as you are coachable and trainable, you can go a long way.

A Online Marketer from home, is a home based entrepreneur.

You market your solution/product on the web and unlike your normal job, you can connect with people Locally, Nationally and Internationally. You can choose where to work from, when to work and who you get to work with. Yes, You can even choose your hours, if you do it part time or full time …it provides you A Better WORK/LIFE Balance. Sounds Great Right?

Where to start looking for opportunities online?

So I decided to become a home-based entrepreneur and focused on surrounding myself with others creating the results I desired,  mentored and coached from others, working online from the comfort of home. Rachel suggested that we start straight away. If you ask me, it takes a lot of courage for people to make a change. I applied everything that Rachel taught me, and this blog is actually one of them. Anyway, never think that you cannot achieve success online and create the life you desire. If you check the LifestyleBiz website, you will be surprised on the solution that is available.

So are you excited? Then you should start doing something about it.

Are YOU ready to create greater levels of success in 2016?

“THE ART OF CREATING PROBLEMS THAT WEREN’T EVEN THERE” ~ Confessions of an Over-Thinker…Part 2!

February 27, 2014 by Simon Haggard Leave a Comment

Firstly, thank you to everyone who commented on my above blog – how amazing is this community!! That’s not a question, that is a fact – you are all amazing humans.

That said, I continue where I left my above blog ‘To Blog or Not To Blog’ and my paralyses through my fear of failure via comparison to others. I have since learned by definition that ‘atychiphobia’ is the fear of failure, the fear of not being good enough. BAM!! I am in the dictionary. Debbie R made an interesting comment about perfectionism…I have taken that on board and I will not confirm nor deny that it may be so, though only around my work with people 😉 Just check my desk, there is nothing perfect going on there – then again, maybe don’t!

Now that the blog drought is broken…surfs up!! Well that’s perhaps a little ambitious though I am putting it out there :) I find it interesting that once you pop you simply can not stop – ideas are streaming in left right and centre. I have notes everywhere and it drives Simon nuts. That said my ‘atychiphobia’ is still very real and by feedback it’s true for a great deal of us out there. The interesting thing about saying something out loud or in a blog is you find yourself ‘catching your thoughts’ and it’s what happens after you have caught your thought that makes the difference, and potentially where the magic happens.. So, if you have blogged for the first time on this platform, I challenge you to back it up…post again :)

One personal empowerment model I love is “Be Do Have”, I know it’s one model our company discuss a lot throughout training calls and our Success Education Program. It is a model I chat to our team about regularly, it is I feel one of the most vital models to really know and implement. So when I consider my ability to really over think my thoughts and fears I ask myself do any of the leadership team sit there not taking the action in their business they need to take because they are too busy comparing themselves to others…ummmm NO – they may feel the fear (they are human after all) yet they do it anyway!

My life has never been the same since I truly got BE DO HAVE. In order for me to move forward and overcome this fear, I really have to identify who it is I am looking to be in my business. Years ago I actually shifted 30kg’s of weight using this model, I say this to not impress you though to impress upon you that it is not just all energy in energy out – mindset is a massive contributor.

So what’s next…

1. Find someone already ‘BEing it (ie someone to model)’ – add this person to my ‘board of directors’

2. DO what this person does – take the same action they take

3. Recognise my wins – acknowledge myself for being less perfect and less comparable

4. HAVE the results I see for my future self.

Where has BE DO HAVE worked for you and where could you implement it?

Kara :)

To Blog OR Not To Blog…Confessions of an Over-Thinker!!

February 26, 2014 by Simon Haggard 1 Comment

I was jumping out of my skin when it was announced on the first visionary call of the year that the Alchemy Program had been formed. I couldn’t wait to share with our business associates my excitement in an overview email, I registered immediately for The Alchemy Apprenticeship and could see myself clearly winning the blog writing competition and being flown over to Colorado to hang out with Shane & Rachel prior to the next event.

Yet…it’s been almost a month and I have not submitted a blog entry. There is not a day that goes by that I am not thinking about it and writing down topic ideas. Then I spend a moment beating myself up about it. So, what’s stopping me…?

Lack of Commitment…nahhhh!

Lack of Passion….NO!

Procrastination…warm

Fear…warmer

Failure…warmest

Comparing myself to others…HOT!!

The fear of failure by comparison paralyses me. I don’t believe I have ever said it like that before.

My fear of failure makes for a great quality as an event manager as I triple cross check everything and generally speaking nothing goes wrong as I account for every possible scenario, my goal is to always put on the best event anyone has experienced.  However, that said, in our business with PG and personal life – I am my own stopper.

How am I my own stopper? I am forever comparing myself to others – unfairly, I compare myself to the person at the gym who is the strongest and fastest, I compare myself to the leaders here at PG, wondering am I worthy to be a leader and stand among them. Simon was growing his business with PG when I met him and upon my decision to join him I find myself comparing my ability with his ability to talk with prospects on the phone and his boldness to step out on most calls and just rattle off something clever and inspiring – could I do this that well??…By my own comparison, I always come off second best by my own opinion, and so I remain as I am…believing I am not quite good enough.

What’s my game plan…? I will begin by owning it, owning my quality and turn it around to use it for the greater good. That’s tough, it’s tough because it’s how I reason with myself for not doing or not participating in something. By identifying with my fear of failure, I will be able to monitor my decision making process and call myself on it and now have you guys too call me on it. The beautiful element of this leadership community is having others hold you to a higher standard.

The funny thing is by succumbing to my fear of failure, I am choosing to not participate and thus I am not choosing in…and this results in failure ANYWAY!!! Lose/Lose.

The words I live by are ‘To Lead By Example’ and yet I can feel like a fraud at times.  So, I choose in. I choose to blog and will move to grow beyond my ‘fear of failure by comparison’. I am after all the supreme authority of my own life.

This morning’s call with Helen, Anna and Rachel inspired me, I can’t quite put my finger on it though there in lies just one reason to always (no matter what) PLUG IN to the training calls.

To be continued…

Kara 

“The most important investment you can make is in yourself.”

May 2, 2013 by Simon Haggard 1 Comment

Warren Buffett, one of the smartest and most successful businessmen of our time, was recently asked what he thought was the best investment anyone could make in difficult times.

His answer was fast and simple …

“The most important investment you can make is in yourself.”

That could very well be the best advice Mr. Buffett has ever offered. If ever there was a time to take control of your future, it’s NOW.

A free-falling stock market is jeopardizing the comfortable retirement of millions. Once rock-solid, mainstay companies are struggling to survive. Millions of blue and white-collar jobs are on the line.

And a lot of experts agree — the worst is yet to come.

But there’s a small group of people who have risen above it all.

Those who don’t have to worry about a free-falling stock market, or even if their jobs are going to be there at the end of the day.

In fact, these people don’t even have “jobs” as most people know them.

On a typical day, they’ll wake up, make a cup of coffee, chat with friends, maybe go for a run or get a little exercise …

And when they’re good and ready, they’ll saunter over to their computer and begin their day.

No alarm clocks buzzing. No drive through rush-hour traffic. No bosses looking over their shoulder.

They don’t even have to get dressed if they don’t want to!

Yet they have an opportunity to make much more money than the average full-time “work-a-day” Jane…

$50,000.

$100,000.

$200,000.

Others (who choose to spend more time at it) are making $500,000 a year or more.

Better still, they’re making that kind of money doing fun and interesting “work.” Using their minds and their creativity, while providing an essential, very-much-in-demand service to a $19 billion (and still growing) industry that’s virtually recession-proof.

And it’s all because they took Mr. Buffett’s good advice long before he gave it:

They made a simple, yet all-powerful, investment in themselves that will pay off for them for the rest of their lives.

Those people are us!

Invest In Yourself
Invest In Yourself

We highly recommend you do the same today. Especially today…

What are you waiting for? Enquire how we might be able to assist you…

Are You Really an Entrepreneur?

April 27, 2011 by Simon Haggard Leave a Comment

I have a BIG question for you that you have NO choice but to answer if you want to know, without a shadow of doubt, if you will be successful or not.

Here’s how it is …

“Wanna-Be’s” seek a perfect plan and wait for the perfect time. “Entrepreneurs” execute and take action when they see an opportunity. Period. End of discussion.

Entrepreneurs accept educated risk and are able to make big decisions quickly once they have all the information. They make a decision and take some risk. No successful entrepreneur ever accomplished anything significant by playing it safe!

Stop waiting for the perfect time, the perfect opportunity, or the perfect situation. Take decisive action now and stop procrastinating. If you’re stuck in the “Wanna-be” camp, it’s time to get out…and join the “Entrepreneur” camp.

Don’t avoid the question. You deserve to be completely honest with yourself.

So….. which camp are you in?

When you are ready to join the “Entrepreneurs”.
I’m here to assist you.

Healthy Skepticism

April 26, 2011 by Simon Haggard Leave a Comment

We know how much hype is out there on the Internet about making money. And we know that the idea of earning a multiple 6 figure income in the next 12 – 18 months probably “sounds too good to be true” to some people.

But, think about this: If you’re always going to shy away from things that sound GREAT then you’re basically going to always stay stuck where you are.

This information will survive healthy skepticism. Just make sure you’re not letting past baggage keep you from moving forward.

Take The Entrepreneurial Leap and Stop Climbing The Corporate Ladder

April 21, 2011 by Simon Haggard Leave a Comment

How important it is to take the entrepreneurial leap and

stop climbing the corporate ladder.

Now that you’re ready to take action and leave the daily grind
behind, how are you going to find the right, profitable, legitimate
business?

First, beware of business advertisements that make unrealistic promises, selling you on the concept of “overnight wealth and success”.

When you find someone with a business that interests you, spend a
little time to get to know the person. Ask the right questions and
be sure their business offers the following 3 things:

1. Profitable Products

Look for high-priced, big profit products that deliver exceptional
value. Why? Because it will take you the same amount of time, money
and energy to sell a product with a small commission as it will to
sell a product that can make you several thousand per sale.
2. Back-End Sales

Make sure the business has a back-end product line that increases
in price, value, and profit. Why? Because your repeat customers
will make you bigger profits on their second, third and fourth
purchases.
3. Residual Income

It is important that you are rewarded, as a business owner, and have
the opportunity to create true wealth. The only way true wealth is
created is through passive, residual income. That’s income that you
do not have to work for everyday. That’s true financial freedom.

In the meantime, if you want to see an example of a business with
high-profit products, serious back-end potential, plus residual income, contact us!

What Is It That People Look For? Think…..

March 28, 2011 by Simon Haggard Leave a Comment

• WHY are people constantly looking for something better
• HOW MUCH of an income you would like to earn in the next 12 months
• WHAT that money is for and what your lifestyle would look like when you reach that goal

We’ve learned a few things over the years about wealth creation and one of them is this:
If you don’t know what the money’s for…you CAN’T GET THE MONEY!

People don’t really want the money. They want what the money will DO.
• It’s about not missing your children’s sporting events because you had to work late
• It’s about not seeing your spouse going to a job they hate every day
• It’s about getting out of that crowded apartment into a house Or out of that house and into a dream home!

What’s YOUR motivation?

Once we are clear on what you are looking to achieve, the rest is easy.

Is It Real? Is It True?

March 14, 2011 by Simon Haggard Leave a Comment

Network Marketing – Is It Real? Is It For You?

The truth about Network Marketing… If you are reading this it may be because you have been introduced to Network Marketing.
You are probably doing your own research as to if you should Join Network Marketing or not.

If you are reading this it may be because you have been introduced to Network Marketing. You are probably doing your own research as to if you should Join Network Marketing or not.

You may have seen on the Internet comments that vary from “Network Marketing Is a Scam” to others that bring out the fact that “Network Marketing Is Actually An Incredible Opportunity.”
So who should you listen to?

Well, first of all I believe you should listen to your common sense, but please give me the permission to explore this with you…
Let me lay it all out for you here, because I don’t have any attachment no matter what you choose to do (remember how over 90% that claim that ‘Network Marketing is not a REAL business’ come from people who offer you another solution … their business opportunity… hmmm, do you think they may have a financial interest by putting down a industry or company so that they can hopefully get you to sign up with their company instead?… (hmm, something to think about I guess)

Let me share with you what Dr. Steve Price, an extremely successful author, speaker and business owner has to say about these whiners. Here we go:

“Why Whiners Rule The Web?
Negative blogs and complaint sites dominate cyberspace. Why? Because world wide web empowers a few mean-spirited… misinformed… and misguided malcontents to spread negativity about legitimate companies and reputable people.
They call themselves crusaders. But I call them “World Wide Whiners” because they’re really just crybabies! They’re not really attacking flawed companies and individuals, like they say on their sites.
What they’re really attacking is success!
Other people in the same industries as Whiners are successful. Other people in the same industries as Whiners are accomplishing their goals. Other people in the same industries as Whiners are living their dreams.
But Whiners aren’t.
So, rather than taking responsibility for their failures, they blame others and use the Internet to broadcast their complaints into the world. Look around and you’ll see a pattern among the World Wide Whiners:
Winners are positive.
Whiners are negative.
Winners make money.
Whiners make excuses.
Winners take responsibility.
Whiners take advantage.
Winners build up.
Whiners tear down.
Winners attack problems.
Whiners attack winners.
Whiners thrive on the Internet because they know that someone, somewhere, will listen and take their whining to heart.
Just don’t let this be you! “

How to Quit Your Job and Achieve Financial Independence.

March 8, 2011 by Simon Haggard Leave a Comment

Here is the most important advice we have to give you on
How to Quit Your Job and Achieve Financial Independence.

Hopefully over the past few months you’ve realized your motivations,
examined your options and made a decision.

Now you must simply take action!

Burn the Boat.

Get rid of whatever is holding you back — whatever isn’t working
for you right now. Make the commitment to change your life and your

We submit that not making time is the number one reason why there
are so few people who are Financially Independent. Most are just too
busy working 60-80 hours a week making someone else rich.

True Financial Independence requires sacrifices and only begins
when you’re willing to take the very first Leap.

So light a match–burn the boat, climb down off the ladder and call
us today – your Financial Independence depends on it.

Make It A Great Day,
Simon Haggard
